I used to be overworked, overtired and overweight, working a corporate job that left me with little time and energy to focus on my health and fitness so I know how it feels to hit rock bottom and not know how to find your way back.

Things got so bad I ended up in a 6 year battle with depression and now I'm writing a book on the tools and tactics I used to get better. The biggest thing that helped me recover though was focusing on living better and that's what we teach our clients to do.

In almost 10 years as a coach I've managed commercial gyms, pioneered new Programmes and operated as the head coach on the largest cruise ship in the world. In 2023 I won the Scottish Personal Trainer of the year award at the Scottish Health & Fitness Awards and that has been my biggest achievement to date.

Having helped literally hundreds of people from all walks of life achieve incredible results, I continue to improve the services we offer and the results that we can get our clients.
