I joined Three Peak Fitness in February of this year, and it was one of — if not the — best decisions I’ve ever made. The physical and mental changes over the past four months have already been amazing.
I had tried going to a conventional gym, where I ended up sticking to the machines I knew, too anxious to try free weights —especially when surrounded by strangers. I also tried circuit training programs that focused primarily on weight loss but those quickly became boring.
The difference with TPF is the focus on nutrition, strength training, and mindset. My personal goal was to refine my technique and build more strength, and my nutrition plan was tailored to suit that goal. Although it’s a group program, you never feel like just a number. Nick and the team make it feel personal.

I have been coming to TPF for almost 2 months now and joining has been the best decision I have made for myself in a long time. Before joining I was always making excuses to not prioritise me but I decided to go for it and Nick, Jamie and Shannon have been amazing at keeping me on track and accountable for not only my actions in the gym but also out of it… from nutrition to starting running properly again. The community Nick has built is fantastic and everyone was so welcoming from day 1. I joined a few of the team for a hike up Ben Lomond at the weekend and did it with ease and a smile on my face (even with the horrendous weather conditions)…before joining I would have struggled to make it to the top. I joined TPF in March this year being a 62 year old women and looking to loose weight and thought is this just another gym ? After my first call with Nick who was so welcoming and listened to what I was saying and actually understood about "menopause".
Nick understood I had some mobility issues and worked with me to get the programme that suited me.
I cannot believe in the short time with TPF the changes in body my fitness and how strong I have become and also weight loss and most of all healthier with me now using my inhaler less.
The encouragement from the coaches Nick, Shannon & Jamie is fantastic.

Found out about three peaks fitness through friends. After a really positive initial meeting with Nick I took the first steps on the programme. It's really well structured, the team are all really supportive, want to understand your goals when you get started and take all ability and situation into consideration.
The facilities at they gym are great, the coaches know what they are taking about and will help support you through the workouts. The community atmosphere in the gym is great and Nick and the team have made a great effort to extend it beyond just the gym with community events and socials.
In the short time I've been there my body shape has started to change for the better, I've built not only strength but technique and most importantly confidence.
I'd advise anyone thinking about it to give it a shot and take the first step. I've not had one regret about it since starting and feeling the challenges set by the coaches in my road map are helping me get to my goal faster than any online PT ever would.
